Ever see a great chair at a thrift store but the pattern is all wrong? Actually, the pattern is so bad that you pass up the chair completely? Or maybe you have one at home – great lines but the design is outdated.
Before you sell it in your next yard sale, you may want to consider reupholstering it with coffee bean bags. Yes, you heard right! Not only is this look chic, it’s also eco-friendly and inexpensive.
You Will Need:
- Coffee Bean Bags – Not sure where to look? Moxii actually sells them. Call 1-888-mymoxii to order.
- Upholstery Nails – You can be as creative or as simple as you would like. Click here to purchase.
- Scissors – These will be used to cut the coffee bags according to the different sections of your chair.
Just a Few Steps:
- Place bag over each section of the chair. Be sure to mark on the material where the sections end and begin.
- Cut where your markings are and tack along the edges of the material to your chair.
- Tuck extra material at the bottom of the chair and secure with your upholstery nails.
